Our Commitment

Colorado Fabrication Partners is committed to improving the accessibility of our website for people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a reference point for ongoing improvements and aim to provide a website that works well with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and mobile accessibility features.

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time setting. We review the site periodically and make updates when issues are identified.

Accessibility Features Currently in Use

Keyboard and Navigation Support

Skip links are provided at the top of pages so keyboard users can jump to main content and navigation.
The site uses semantic landmarks such as <nav> and <main>.
Interactive elements include visible focus styles to help users track their place on the page.
The mobile navigation button exposes its expanded state to assistive technology.

Content and Structure

Pages use headings and section labels to organize content.
Images that convey information include alternative text.
Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology when appropriate.
The embedded contact form includes a descriptive title.

Visual and Motion Considerations

Focus indicators are styled to remain visible against the site theme.
The layout is responsive and touch targets are sized for smaller screens.
The site reduces animation when a user has enabled prefers-reduced-motion.
The site includes additional styling support for higher-contrast browsing preferences where supported by the browser.

Testing and Maintenance

We use a combination of manual review and lightweight automated checks during updates. Automated checks help us catch common issues, but they do not guarantee full WCAG or ADA compliance on their own. We treat them as one part of a broader accessibility review process.

Keyboard-only checks for navigation, menus, and dialogs.
Review of headings, image alternative text, accessible names, and iframe titles.
Periodic review of core pages after design or content changes.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of the site rely on third-party services, including an embedded Google Form for contact requests. We work to integrate those services accessibly, but some accessibility behavior is controlled by the third-party provider.
